Tom Burt

Tom Burt serves as Executive Advisor, HR for Children’s Health℠. His areas of responsibility include compensation, benefits, absence management, employee relations, compliance, human resource information systems and human resource service delivery.

Before joining Children’s Health in 2008, Tom served as a Transformation/Service Delivery Managing Consultant for IBM. He also served as Vice President, Director of Associate Services for JCPenney.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi.
